I'll post these entries on the front page of the website as well but in case anyone wants some details, I'm going to be doing the first of hopefully many "events" related to the novel.

On Saturday, March 3rd, I'll be doing a reading and signing at Chapters at Pinetree Village in Coquitlam from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.  If you're reading from outside the Tri-Cities area, it's located right adjacent to Coquitlam Centre Mall, at the junction of Lougheed and Barnet Highways.  Feel free to drop me an email if you need directions.

The second event is Thursday, March 8th, at the downtown branch of the Vancouver Public Library, at 7:30 pm.  There, in addition to doing a reading and signing event I'll be giving a little talk on the use of high school as a setting, especially in light of recent high profile cases of inappropriate teacher-student relationships, vis a vis the Tom Ellison trial and the recent arrest of a Port Coquitlam high school teacher for a sexual relationship with one of his students.  

Please spread the word to any and all you know - I'd really like to pack both events and generate some publicity and interest in the book.
